KTW is certified according to ISO/TS 16949 and therefore
excellently positioned to fulfill the high demands of the
automotive as well as other industries.

During pilot production we conduct specific
quality pre-planning in collaboration with and according to the demands of our customers.

By using a variety of quality control tools (Data collection sheet, Pareto, Ishikawa, DOE, PPK, SPC, FMEA) the required outputs are generated.

Any process used in production is described and documented with the help of our CAQ system, thus allowing us to apply continuous quality improving measures in case of deviance from the documented standard procedures.

By this means KTW is able to meet customers' requirements regarding specific quality traits,
such as:

• Geometry and function
• Look and feel
• Tensile and compression strength, tightening and maximal torque
• Cross cutting test, colorimetric assessment and measurement of
  thickness of layer for refined components

In addition complete measuring according to individual measurement plans can be conducted with our state of the art coordinate measuring machine.
